Mr Jones is a blackface for the city of Austin to continue the disenfranchised of Blacks in this community. Jones sat silently on the Central Health board as testified that I was being denied Map for based on my race. I was repeatedly denied MAP for 7 months. They claimed that I needed to provide a birth certificate but undocumented didn't need to provide this or an ITIN. In November, a community care employee Mr Hernandez"helped" me receive MAP. He ignored my address and put the address of his partner agency as my address so they would get federal funds. Although he had my current DL in hand with currentaddress, he searched my Central Health files for old copy of license to upload with my application. He found my birth certificate info already in Central Health files. I never really needed it. It's part of the higher standards only put on Black applicants to disqualify them from services across this city. There were never any plans for this segregated city to really help me. They have an industry around pretending to help restore me to my pre-APD disenfranchisement.
