I met you about 2 weeks ago at the office on the eastside of Austin. My name is Whitman.
Long story short...I went to Dell Seton Hospital in December..I left work at Barbarella's club...cause I broke my toes...At the hospital..they xrayed me..gave me a cast...and as I'm leaving..an "Elgin" police officer says I'm being detained...(i had a ride on the way..but cancelled it because of this officers aggressive assumptive attitude)..I asked why..He replied cause I smell like alcohol..I work as a barback and security at a club..i said...I will take a field sobriety test with a broken foot..I consent to a blood test cause we are in a hospital...or you can get me a breathalyzer from your car...but you can't detain me on just your assumption sir.....
he replied he didn't have to test me...
i said...i knew my rights and proceeded to my harley...they let me exit the ER...(THIS ALL IS ON CAMERA..IN DELL SETON)..they let me get on my motorcycle..THEN RAN OUT...YELLING AND TASED ME SEVERAL TIMES...CRUSHING MY BROKEN FOOT AND BEAT ME..I AM CRIPPLED NOW...ALL ON VIDEO...)

Get to the police station...i blew a .03...i was only at the hospital and hour and a half and alcohol leaves the body at .01 a hour..but still...i wasn't drunk...passed the breathalyzer..the cop who tased me was an Elgin officer...gave me a DWI anyway...
i wasn't drunk...and i was in the hospital..they Tased me in the hospital sallyport...i never put up a fight...i requested breathalyzer, field test they refused...(ALL ON BODY CAM AND DELL SETON CAMERAS)And they proceeded to take..beat and cripple me...Please help..
